You all know I’ve been actively transitioning to more natural/non toxic products in my everyday life. As I run out of things I replace them with kinder alternatives. I’ve been searching for a staple natural deodorant for a while.
I wrote about my love affair with Lone Body Care deodorant a while back and I do actually love them. But they aren’t available in stores.
So if I’m a little absent minded and forget to order my next round, I’m SOL. I thought it’d be a good time to find a secondary staple that I can find in store.
So boom- I step foot into Target. Oh Target. You take my money on a weekly basis and make it so that I need things I never knew I needed. I digress.
I didn’t expect for there to be such a vast selection. Kudos to Target and kudos to the new natural brands on the come up. I really wanted to stop teetering with various brands and get down to business.
So I just copped one of everything in stock. Wasteful, possibly. But I’ve wasted more on less. So here’s a list of 8 natural deodorants that are available in Target (in no particular order).

Recommendations
Let me just say this. You get what you pay for. Some may think that $12 for deodorant is expensive. But I personally felt like the pricier ones performed a bit better to me. I courageously tested of each of them this summer (and some failed the test) and gave my official reviews of them over on youtube. So make sure you go check that out if you haven’t already. My heart and pits still belong to Lone, but I now have a back up handy for when I’m absent minded. I guess the easier thing to do would have been to put my order on autoship but that’s neither here nor there.

Very useful post, I have been looking for a new natural deodorant so I’ll have to try one of these.
Chad
Glad to hear the Green Goo gel deodorant helped keep the odor away. Sounds like you weren’t a fan of the application, though. Did you warm the gel to your underarm prior to swiping? It’s better when it’s closer to your body temperature.
Morg
ChadNo. I didn’t warm it. How do I do that? I bet that makes all the difference.
Chad
MorgOh, no! Just hold it up to your underarm for a little bit (10 seconds or so should be enough) and then start swiping. Hopefully you still have some left to try.
