Want in on the fun?So if you feel in need of a little extra self-loving I encourage you all to join me. Here’s how. Starting Feb 1 through Feb 29 everyday I will:
- Write an affirmation (and journal / meditate to expand upon my affirmation). In my journaling I’m focusing on why I feel the need to affirm that particular thing. If you need a refresher on affirmations, read my previous posts here and here.
- Take a selfie.
- Share! – If you’re brave enough, share your selfies and affirmations on social media. This is completely optional. But necessary if you want to enter to win the giveaway. More details on that down below.
