Self Love Challenge 2020

If you’re a vet around these parts then you already know what time it is. It’s time for the IWWB Self Love Challenge. Who’s ready to do some loving? slc announce 2020

What’s the IWWB SLC?
So last year I did this and it was pretty cool. I decided the month of February to self-love. When you have a chronic illness, you’re faced with so many battles within yourself. Like literally I feel like I’m at war with my body. It’s hard to love yourself when yourself is destroying you. So clearly self-love was needed. The Self Love Challenge is basically a way…
Want in on the fun?
So if you feel in need of a little extra self-loving I encourage you all to join me.  Here’s how. Starting Feb 1 through Feb 29 everyday I will:
  1. Write an affirmation (and journal / meditate to expand upon my affirmation). In my journaling I’m focusing on why I feel the need to affirm that particular thing. If you need a refresher on affirmations, read my previous posts here and here.
  2. Take a selfie.
  3. Share! – If you’re brave enough, share your selfies and affirmations on social media. This is completely optional. But necessary if you want to enter to win the giveaway. More details on that down below.
Leveling Up this year
So this year, I decided to take things up a notch for y’all. I created a Self Love Challenge Workbook to supplement the challenge. It’s not required to participate in the challenge. The workbook is filled with prompts and checklists and a little assessment to help you figure out how you’re loving yourself and why. You can get a free copy of the workbook by signing up for my newsletter or you can pay $5 in my shop. Up to you! Self Love Challenge Workbook 2020
Also, I’m doing a little giveaway along with the challenge. Every time you share your selfies and affirmations, you will be entered to win the giveaway. Just a little incentive for people to share. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #iwwbselflovechallenge and tag my handle @iswaswillbeblog So who’s with me??

Morgan Greene is a Maryland chronic illness and holistic wellness lifestyle blogger. After years of struggling with her autoimmune disease diagnosis, Myasthenia Gravis, she decided to combine two of her favorite things…writing and informing others

IsWasWillBe.com was created to have unfiltered discussions about having a chronic illness. It has since become a place to inspire and create a sense of community among women with autoimmune diseases. Morgan loves trying new things and sharing with other spoonies how to live an ill life on their terms.

When she’s not blogging she is probably reading a book, drinking a Coke Slurpee or listening to music.
